The land of milk and honey

When i say Cape Town.....what pops into your head.......Table Mountain? The wind? the beautiful sunsets over the ocean?
I had an amazing few weeks in cape town exploring the creative side of this glorious city.....

Decorex

The whole world celebrated with William and Kate on their Wedding Day.....even at Decorex.

What do Capetonians do on a sunny winters day......they go to the old biscuit mill.

I spotted this AMAZING vintage VW in the parking......and it even had a mini version in the back window.....how cute.

A friend of mine found this rad old school fridge and bread cutter in a little shop down the road from the old buscuit mill.

The Bromwell- boutique mall

kirstenbosch Gardens

Do yourself a favour when you visit kirstenbosch, go to the top tea garden and drink a cup for their ultra thick luxurious hot chocolate.......it is truely AMAZING.

Birds Boutique Café
I went for lunch at this rustic/organic/unique cafe in Bree Street and i had the most delicious chicken pie and ice cold home-made lemonade....mmm
